Oneonta Foundation For Educational Resources (O.F.F.E.R.) is a nonprofit organization formed to encourage quality educational opportunities and creative teaching while enriching student learning. O.F.F.E.R. provides an avenue for greater communication and cooperation among students and teachers, the community, and former graduates.
O.F.F.E.R. is funded by contributions from both businesses and individuals. Each year the Board of Directors plans a contribution drive along with hosting fundraisers. Through an application process, O.F.F.E.R. awards grants to Oneonta teachers in K-12 departments, and clubs in the Oneonta City School System. O.F.F.E.R. has provided funding for special trips, advanced classes, technology, author visits, and special events. These funds enable the staff to provide additional experiences that enrich the lives of our students and ultimately the community.
